Answers to the common questions, and how to reach us when something goes wrong. No sign-in needed to read this page.

Getting started

Sign up with an email address and verify it to start generating. New accounts get a signup credit bonus — the exact amount is shown in the app.

Describe the image you want in the workspace, pick a model and a size, and hit generate. Results are saved to your Assets automatically, ready to download or keep editing.

To change an existing image, use it as a reference and describe the change you want. That is usually faster than rewriting the prompt from scratch.

Credits and billing

Credits are a usage allowance inside the platform. They are not money, they carry no interest, and they cannot be transferred or withdrawn.

Each generation spends credits by resolution: larger images cost more, because they cost us more upstream. The per-image figures on the pricing page are read from live model prices.

If a generation fails, the credits reserved for it are returned to your balance in full, automatically. You do not need to ask.

Credits do not expire. Purchased credits stay on your balance until you use them.

Pricing: 100 credits = 1 USD on the English site, 100 credits = 1 CNY on the Chinese site.

Account

Verifying your email unlocks everything. If the verification mail does not arrive, check spam first, then resend it from the app.

Forgot your password? Reset it from the sign-in page with a code sent to your email.

Account deletion is started from settings. Data is handled as described in the privacy policy — download anything you want to keep before you delete.

Questions

Are my images public?
No. Everything you generate is private by default. Nothing is visible to anyone else unless you choose to publish it.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes, for personal or commercial purposes within what the law allows. The terms of service have the details.
How long does one image take?
It depends on the model and resolution — usually under a minute. Higher resolution and longer queues mean longer waits.
Can I upload reference images?
Yes. Common image formats are supported; the size and count limits are shown when you upload.
Which languages does the interface support?
Chinese and English. You can switch from the page footer or from settings.
What happens if my content is rejected?
The platform follows the law where it operates, and some content will not be generated. That is a line we cannot cross, and appeals will not change it.
