Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not do with MIKA. It applies to everything you send to the service and everything it produces for you.
It covers your prompts, uploaded reference images, generated images, filenames, account names and any text you submit through the interface or the Agent API.
The rules apply from the moment you create an account. Breaking them is a breach of the Terms of Service and can end your access.
Sexual and sexually explicit content. Do not generate, upload or request pornographic material, explicit nudity, sexual acts or fetish content. Suggestive imagery of this kind is not allowed either.
Violence and gore. Do not create images that depict graphic injury, mutilation, torture, dismemberment or the glorification of violent acts.
Hate and discrimination. Do not produce content that attacks, dehumanises or incites hostility against people because of race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or similar characteristics.
Sexual content involving minors. Any sexual or sexualised depiction of a person under 18 is strictly prohibited. We report such requests to the relevant authorities and permanently ban the account; there is no warning step.
Deepfakes and impersonation of real people. Do not create face swaps, nudify or undress a real person, place a real person in an intimate or compromising scene, or fabricate statements, images or events attributed to them. Do not use the likeness of a real person without their documented permission.
Copyright and trademark infringement. Do not reproduce protected characters, artwork, logos or brand assets in a way that infringes the rights of their owners, and do not present generated material as an official product of a brand you do not represent.
Misinformation. Do not create realistic-looking images intended to deceive people about news events, public health, elections or emergencies.
Impersonation. Do not use MIKA to pose as another person, a company or a public authority, or to produce material that appears to come from them.
Jailbreak prompts. Do not try to bypass, disable or trick our safety filters or the safety systems of the underlying models, including through encoded, obfuscated or role-play instructions.
Bulk spam generation. Do not run automated or high-volume generation to build spam, fake profiles, fake reviews or SEO farms.
Passing off AI output as human-made. Do not present generated images as photographs or original human artwork in contexts where that misrepresentation matters, such as journalism, evidence, identity documents or contests requiring original work.
If you upload a photo of a real person, you must be that person or hold their explicit permission to use the image for this purpose.
You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to every reference image you upload.
We screen prompts on the input side with keyword matching and semantic classification, before a request reaches the model.
We evaluate generated output on the output side before it is delivered to you.
The upstream model providers apply their own safety reviews as well.
Flagged cases are reviewed by a human moderator, usually within one business day.
We keep logs of prompts, outputs and moderation decisions for as long as needed to enforce this policy and to comply with legal obligations.
Warning. For a first, minor or clearly accidental breach, we may issue a warning and remove the content.
Content removal. We may delete generated images, uploads or other material that breaks this policy, and the associated credits are not restored.
Feature restriction. We may limit generation, uploads or API access on your account while an issue is investigated.
Account suspension. We may suspend your account temporarily for repeated or serious breaches.
Permanent ban. We may permanently close accounts used for severe abuse, including any content involving minors, coordinated fraud or attacks on the platform.
Referral to law enforcement. Where the law requires it, or where there is a credible risk of serious harm, we report the matter to the relevant authorities.
If you find content on MIKA that breaks this policy, report it to [email protected] with the account, a link or screenshot, and a short description.
If your content was removed or your account restricted and you believe it was a mistake, you can appeal to the same address.
We acknowledge reports and appeals within 3 business days.
